The Wraith is like a dark shadow cast across the underworld of Freedom City.
He is seldom seen but any but the criminals and evil doers he battle. Clad
in a swirling black cape and hood, his face appears to be a skull. He seems
encased in some sort of living armor that almost appears like some monstrous
skin. The Wraith is well muscled but at times is almost ghost like. His voice
is cold and distant and almost sounds disembodied.
