Background: Jack Blackburn known by his moniker "Black Jack" is a rising figure in the London underworld. Description: Blackburn is tall and wiry with a handsome face, thick black hair with long thick mutton chop sideburns, green eyes and fine features. Jack wears a long leather coat of his worn suit.  Despite his threadbare clothing, due to his charming personality, Blackburn manages to cut a dashing albeit slightly menacing figure. Jack is almost always found with a cigar clamped in his jaw and his walking stick in his hand.
