Adelei is a criminal kingpin who has a reputation for violent reprisals, including severe, prolonged torture, against those who fail him or even irritate him. A Psychotic crime boss with a passion for torture and sadism and a heavy Russian accent. He believes in money and power and that fear is a perfect tool to achieve both. Very fixed on the concept of reputation and this fixation is a driving force behind how he runs his empire.

Adelai Niska is a man who appears to be in his seventies.  His hair has gone stark white and his eyes are pale gray in color.  A small pair of wire rimmed glasses grace his face and go along very well with his perfectly tailored suit.  He is every inch a businessman in his looks and his demeanor.  He tends to be exceedingly polite when working out a deal with someone, but he always lets them know just what will happen to them should they fail him.  By looking at him, you wouldn't know he's a sadistic bastard who takes great pleasure in killing those that fail him or betray him.  He speaks with a Russian accent and always acts like a professional, even when threatening people.  He is a not a man you ever want to cross or get on the wrong side of.
