Zander is the young apprentice of Lash Carver - righteous colosseum idol, and mad guitar thrasher extraordinaire.  Lash has been known to awash battlefields in fire, shake the ground, crack open the earth's crust, and cause the heads of his enemies to explode from the sheer power of his legendary music.  He swears there is nothing magical about the Hellspawn Stratoblaster guitar he plays, but then again Lash is known to be a huge liar.

"Your technique is promising, but you totally lack depth, little man." is what Lash would tell him.
"You need to experience life, so you can like play a waterfall and have it really FEEL like a waterfall, know what I mean?"

"Not really."

"See?  Get that boney ass out there and you'll get it, got it?"

So Zander took a break from his fully spectacular, mad thrashing, mind blowing, sonic fantasy apprenticeship and stood in the doorway to the real world.  It was cold, both literally and figuratively, but Zander didn't mind the cold.  It was always cold in the northern lands.  It was bracing, dramatic.  It made you know you were alive.  They told him to put on a shirt, but he didn't do it.

Zander longs to stand atop the mountains and pound forth just epic sounds upon the land as to be known as a Titan of Rock, but for now rocking does not pay the bills.  He joined up with a band (no, not that kind of band) of promising novice adventurers.  Most of them were female and easy on the eyes.

Zander is an affable people person, quick, and deceptively sorta bright.  His bold nordic looks are quite a hit with the ladies too.  Oh yeah!
