A Gulaki Lector born of Jade, some wondered if Overseer of Wonderous Unions would ever really venture forth from his fair city.  Though a pacifist to all but the Maker's enemies, he spent almost as much time instructing Regulators in advanced martial arts techniques as he did amongst the Theomachracy or the people themselves.  Though some would complain that his fury against the Maker's enemies should drive him to use his combat skills in the Reaches more often, he has never turned from a formal call.

The fact that Overseer of Wonderous Unions was called to be the one to be the figurehead and coleader of Denandsor was not really surprising.  His understanding and compassion would allow him to win the hearts of the people well enough to control them where fear alone would fail.
