Background:
Angel grew up in an interesting home. Her dad was a traveling singer who had friends in low places. Her mom was an extremely wealthy, highly enterprising aristocrat who had friends in high places. In a chance meeting, the two fell in love, got married and had li'l Angel. Angel's dad was white and her mom was black, making Angel a mix, as if symbolic of the two social strata being mixed.

Childhood was awesome for Angel and she grew up learning from her mom how to handle money and from her dad, a little about music. Though Angel had the voice to sing well enough, it wasn't her thing like it was her dad's thing. She sings in the shower or idly sings along with music playing on the radio, but beyond that, tends to stick to other hobbies.


In adulthood, Angel took some reigns of her own and founded a charity or two, becoming the chairwoman of a stock business. Well one day, her secretary just didn't show up and Angel found out it was because the secretary had cancer. But it was extreme, accelerated, and most of all, expensive to care for. The insurance companies didn't want to pay up and it looked as though the lady would die by the time things got worked out. Angel had to come up with 100,000 dollars and fast if her secretary was to live. So she did. She pulled favors, sold some stock, took loans and managed to yank a 100k out of her butt more or less.

The surgery was a success. Not only was the cancer removed, but it looked like it would be prevented enough to not come back. While her secretary recovered physically, Angel recovered just as slowly monetarily. But the story of care from a boss to her secretary got Angel a massive reputation. A very good one that simply opening a charity doesn't earn you. The kind that doing a good, memorable deed gets you. Ever since, Angel has been a target of many people wanting to make good names for themselves, as well as a target for humanitarian organizations.

In recent history, she heard about Mittens' group and has decided to privately fund them. Though how long she can keep her love of mutants a secret? We shall see....


Personality:
Angel is the kind of girl who sees everyone as her lessers. Though not in an ego-maniac, arrogant or even mean way. More like the same way a person might feel superior to their pet dog. She also tends to see people as pawns in her chess game called life. Everyone works for her, they just don't all know it yet. But this aside, Angel *does* care for people as her background shows. Like a master loves his dog, or in much more extreme cases, like a mother loves her child, Angel cares for people and will feel for them.

However, all that is stuff people rarely see or even figure out. What most people see is Angel being self confident. When life serves her lemons, she makes lemonade. Nothing seems to bother her and she works with everything to her benefit, remaining positive through most things.


Powers:

01) Human - Angel is *apocalyptic music with bells* HUMAN!!! Yeah. She can see things with her eyes, feel things with her skin, hear things with her ears, smell things with her nose, taste things with her tongue and most important of all, is able to read, write and speak a language. What? Everyone can do this? Even mutants? Oh well. Was worth a shot impressing you.



Abilities:
01) Money wise - Angel is frugal. She knows how to handle her funds and can even pull emergency funds out of a hat in an emergency. Those who read the news know she saved her secretary's life by doing so (More details in background)

02) Gun Enthusiast - Angel knows a lot about guns, how they work, and what is best for what situation. She rarely carries in public, but she is a marksman.

03) Marksman - Angel has a thing for hitting her target. Be it darts, bow and arrow, or guns, Angel is amazingly accurate. At 30 feet or less, she does not miss.


Strength: Average, though physically fit.
Intelligence: Above average; Angel doesn't have nerd smarts so much as knowing how people work and how a society functions. While not a bookworm, Angel finds it easy to motivate herself and thus, apply herself to whatever topic she needs to learn. Example: She learned how to build guns from scratch.
