Appearing to most as a short, wiry woman with strawberry-blond hair and eyes that sparkle like emeralds, the young woman's name tag reads "Val" and identifies her as part of the groundskeeping staff at Disney World. Aside from the telltale eyes, the only thing really 'off' about her is the faint gray-ish cast to her skin. Already of pale stock, the gray is hardly noticeable, but has led to more than one person asking after her health - which is fine, thank you very much. Most would guess her age at about 18 and her height at five feet - if they're feeling generous on the latter; her license lists 4'11".

When not busy with work - something in which she honestly revels, the more back breaking the better in her mind - "Val" can be often be found working on or riding her red and silver Kawasaki Ninja 250. It's a used bike, a 1993 model that she got for quite cheap after saving paychecks for the purpose.

Rarely seen without her bike jacket or toolbelt, Val is quick with a smile, doesn't grumble about work, and oddly loves her job. She has a temper, which tends to be invisible until it suddenly flares up.
