Most of the time, it’s hard to see much of the slightly above average height person with a thin build.  He wears heavy clothing, dark glasses, and so on covering all of his skin.  As well, he speaks using an electrolarynx, indicating some sort of medical trauma.

To those seeing him without his coverings, he has suffered severe chemical burns to almost his whole body.  His eyes seem the only healthy part of him, as his throat, arms, and legs have thinned so badly from the burns it’s clear his slight build is due to his injuries.  While “healed,” he has scabs, not skin, making for a sight few people can tolerate.
