THE PHYSICAL
Hair: Amberley's hair is so close in color to her Mother's that when the two would lay together of an evening, their subtly twisted locks spilling out across a shared pillow, it was often near impossible to tell who's curls were who's. They share the color of roasted coffee beans and both Woman's hair spills down to the middle of their back.
Amberley has never been as careful when it came to her hair as her Mother was at her age and so through her years she has been forced to sit through several cuts to remove Maker knows what from a knotted mess. These days though Amberley can often be seen either wearing her hair in one long braid or she covers it with a hood.
Eyes: Again, like her Mother, Amberley's eyes are the color of the sea. Deep and mesmerizing her gaze is framed by long dark lashes. Unlike her Mother however, Amberley is terrible at hiding her emotions. They show on her face the moment she feels them. Excited, nervous, angry or scared, these emotions show in Amberley's eyes. Her gaze is intense but always honest.
Distinguishing Marks: Amberley's chosen style no doubts sets her apart from other Ladies her age. Fashion is no longer something that she pours a great amount time into and so her clothing can at times repeat itself but Amberley never fails to look stunning nor does she ever lose that part of herself that she treasures. Every blemish and scar that marks her body is a moment and a memory that she has learned from. The small scar on her right palm is from the very first time her skin was cut with a blade. The other various little wounds that have healed over time are from a well-lived youth and training from a master Swordsmith, her Father.
General Appearance: Amberley or Bambie as her Brother's liked to call her was the jewel of the Montdidier Family from the moment she was born. The second her eyes opened and she stared up at her Mother it was clear just how much she was going to grow up resembling the lovely Lady Lyra. The pair shared the same eyes and Lyra's eyes were those of her Mother's which was a joy for the young Woman to see.
As Amberley grew she developed similar features to her Mother though her face began to elongate like her Father's and when she was a year and a half it was revealed that she had inherited her Father's dimples as well. Her skin was the color of cream but over the years it has toasted in the sunlight and she has developed a light peppering of freckles across the bridge of her nose.
As a small child, Amberley loved dressing up in beautiful dresses full of layers and lace. As she has grown older however her style has taken on a more individual, almost militaristic look. Amberley forgoes formal attire for that of practical and dare she say it, empowering and alluring garments that enhance her natural strength and beauty but also keep her free and fit for fighting.
