Ruby
At first glance, Ruby appears to be humble, unassuming young halfling lass in her mid-twenties, standing about 2'10", with curly auburn hair and light freckled skin. She's of a slight build, with a healthy curvature suggesting she is well fed but the muscle to show she's not a stranger to work. She is almost never seen without a quarterstaff on her person, and most are also likely quick to notice that her large, otherwise expressive eyes appear to be damaged, the irises and pupils looking almost washed out and almost completely white themselves. While among other hin, she displays an easy, kind sort of body language, she presents a different, more rigid demeanor to bigger folk, especially humans.
