This is a slender wisp of a young man, with long, platinum locks that coil and stir around his head unnaturally, as though moved by some unfelt breeze. His skin has a faint bluish cast and his eyes are blank silver, reflecting the sky uncannily without pupil or iris. His voice is breathy, like a wind blowing through his teeth from somewhere else, and he moves as though he weighs far less than someone his size should.
