This extraordinary Durpari woman is of average height, but her confident stance and demeanor seem to make her larger. Her amber eyes literally twinkle, seeming to see everything at once, and there is something unmistakably mischievous about her friendly smile.

An extravagant brown velvet frock coat covers a white silken blouse tucked into black leather breeches, with dark red boots whose folded tops come up to her knees. Cinched under her bust is a matching red corset, decorated with pearls and gold eyelets for the laces; around her throat are strings of flat golden medallions engraved with faces, and chains of pearls and opals in golden settings.

Abhishri's wrists jangle with bracelets of silver, copper, and mithral; there are at least two rings on every finger, and one on each thumb, no two of them the same—honeystones, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, amarathas, opals, beljurils, kings' tears, and even a rogue stone shimmer on bands of adamantine, platinum, white gold, electrum, dlarun, hizagkuur, cold iron, and living steel. Her ears support discs of gold from which dangle teardrop pearls and moonstones; a small diamond piercing twinkles on the left side of her nose; and her hair is braided with jacinth and Tempus's weeping, strung on golden strands.
