A half-elf with a deceptively young face, Vio dresses in a forest green jacket with long tails that trail down to below his knees, and a brown waistcoat, all of which are adorned with bright, brass buttons. His hair is long and light and aids in his generally youthful appearance, although his dark eyes indicate more age than the rest of his mien suggests.

Vio has a fine selection of wines, ales and ciders and does business out of his tavern, adjoined to the Homely Hearth Inn. At present, he sits on the Town Council.
