MoSqUiTo's early life was hard times.  His skin is scarred, he was raised on the streets as an urchin, and it shows.  He would rather have lived the life of a normal kid, but he never had that choice.  He's very needy and hungrily appreciates any positive feedback.

MoSqUiTo was pulled into circles of criminals, and later was recruited into several groups of supervillains, but he recently broke away from them (with BlackLight's help) and is now trying to be a good guy.  He knows inside that he IS a good guy.

MoSqUiTo can run very quickly, and his touch can temporarily absorb superpowers.  That, combined with his very agile nature, make him a good ally.
