Personality: Shy is the word best used to describe Lydia. She is not a very outgoing person and prefers to spend her time with her dragon or with the Holds Harpers as she loves music. She is kind and rarely has something negative to say, her outlook is generally positive.

Description: Lydia is a rather petite woman, standing at just five foot three inches tall. She has brown hair that is usually loose and falls to her shoulders with matching brown eyes.

Brief History: Lydia was born to Mirian and Florran, two Lower Cavern staff in Telgar Weyr. She was fostered to Anala who was a cook and she learned how to cook until she was selected as a Candidate for a gold egg when she was sixteen. Although she failed to Impress the Golden she did impress a Green dragon who called herself Malanuth. To say she was overjoyed is an understatement. She liked to cook but like all children, had always wanted to be a Dragonrider. She flew Thread a few times with the Dragons of Telgar Weyr but when the call went out for Riders to travel to the South she decided that a change of scenery would do her and Malanuth some good and so she volunteered and found herself assigned to Sea Cliff Weyr.

Dragon Description: Malanuth is a light green throughout her entire body, being a solid, forest green instead of multiple shades of green. She is small, like her Rider, only being twenty feet long.

Dragon Personality: Like her Rider, Malanuth is mostly a quiet Dragon though she is slightly more outgoing than Lydia. She tries to get her Rider to open up with others with varying degrees of success. She likes to sun herself and prefers to fly in the second rotation of Greens when flying Thread.
