Welcome to Pandemonium at St. Trinians

Danielle Tatham

Short dark hair that looks as though it might well have been hacked off with a scalpel to get it out of her way frames a face that could be pretty with a little effort.  She has only recently emerged from the ravening hordes of what are generally referred to as 'first years' despite the fact that they cover a fair range of ages - who knows what she might grow into.  Her skin is tanned, the result of living out of doors rather than any mediterranean heritage and shows several well healed scars on her arms and legs.  The usual injuries of childhood - well, usual for a St Trinian's girl anyway.  Dani's eyes are dark grey, almost black in some lights and do a good job of adding to her slightly wild appearance.

Like the rest of the inmates pupils at St T's, Dani wears her uniform with a sense of pride.  Her shirt is long sleeved but the sleeves are usually rolled up above her elbows, keeping them out of the way while she works.  Her tie is around her neck although the bottom is rather stained and shows the occasional sign of charring.  A more pristine one acts as a belt tied above her right hip.  She wears a pinafore over the shirt, fairly modest in length as it falls almost to her knees.  Below that leggings are visible, navy in keeping with the rest of the uniform, finally tucking into black ankle boots with mismatched, neon laces.  She manages to give the impression of being suspended between the wild hottentot-ish image of the younger classes and the generally more sophisticated chaos of their older counterparts.

Wearing dangling jewellery whilst indulging in the sort of hobbies Dani enjoys, is somewhat foolhardy and she usually disdains ornamentation.  Her ears are pierced by several holes however, graced by studs of various colours and designs.  Make up likewise does not appear to have any place in her life and any interesting colourations are more likely to be the result of something that didn't quite go as planned than anything else.  Although she does wear glasses, they seem to be more in the way of a device for keeping her hair out of her eyes, more often seen shoved to the top of her head than actually on her nose.  There's also a fifty/fifty chance that she will have a cigarette either in her mouth, tucked behind her ear or dangling, half forgotten between her fingers.  Not the safest of habits given the chemicals she works with but, as she says, it is her only vice.
