Colonel Vycta has greying hair that are kept slicked back, hollowed eyes of a very light blue coloration that gives him a piercing gaze, and a long scar marring the left side of his face. Despite clearly being aged, he doesn't show any signs of it, and in fact, he's actually very physically imposing, with a massive frame and a clearly muscular body.

He's the leader of the Hammer of Blood, the most renowed division of the Hammerland's Drakkarim army, whom symbol is two crossed hammers withing a circle of fire.

As a Colonel, he has command of an entire division, composed of abotu  twenty-five platoons of thirty men, meaning he has supreme command over an élite force of 750 Drakkarim.

Currently, according to his words, his mission is to find the magical source being used to create some mixed Agarashi abominations that were found within the Hammerland's border; that's why he brought a platoon to the Maakengorge, to investigate the area and find this power source.

He's a very experienced combatant, having been on the battlefield since a very young age and having already gained the rank of Corporal when the Gnaag Wars began; during which war, the Hammer of Blood were one of the more feared units on the battlefield, capable of taking down any fortification and often winning against enemy with superior numbers.

He seems to have a very strong beliefs in "the Drakkar Way", the set of principles and beliefs that rules the life of all Drakkarim and justify their life as something that revolves only around fighting. In fact, he seems to link everything back to fighting, even the personality traits and appearance of those he faces.

There's no doubt that he has the absolute respect and obedience on his men, and his magic sword and kagonite armour speaks of his skill and importance. He seems to have a very tactical mind, in that he proposed to the Kai an alliance in a situation when he had the upper hand, at least from a numerical standpoint; he doesn't seems to have any grudge with them, even though he seems to take fun in provoking Sun Snake.

It eventually became clear that Vyctar's real mission was to retrieve Lone Wolf's corpse, which he then used to turn himself into a new Darklord.
