Brief Bio: Clifford is really a Ravnos pretending to be a Nosferatu pretending to be a Setite pretending to be a Nosferatu.  Yeah, it makes sense on so many levels that it's downright funny if it ever gets exploited.  It's actually a good thing that Clifford was never a person to be seen on screen, Ufortunately, the reverse is also true.  Carmichael's various faces are known better then him.  Cliff hasn't realized it, but his cover as a Nosferatu hasn't been blown because his operation doesn't break the Masquerade.

Like it or not, Cliff knows how to shift in and out of personalities, making him something of a natural clown.  Natural clowns are also difficult to take seriously.  It's a good thing that everybody knows Cliff isn't really a Nosferatu, and that he's doing a pretty good job pretending.  Most know he's a Setite too, who is trying to stay on the low, and so they keep his cover.

Cliff is rumored to come from the same bloodline as Alabaster, because he is ridiculously tall, frighteningly frail, and sickeningly bloated from underwater exposure.  His hair even appeared to have clumps of, well, shit stuck to it.  Cliff is fairly open and friendly, especially for a "Nosferatu".
