Brief Bio:  Tiger Salid Jhalil al-Hazrad is a bad, bad man.  The Assamite has been a fanatic, fighting first for his clan, then for the Sabbat while he was being observed by the Black Hand.  After deciding the Sabbat wasn't organized enough, Tiger fought his way free of Tzimisce shackles.  He bounced around for a few decades doing assassination and mercenary work.

Tiger came into his own when he hitched up with Madisen Tandino, the two were the only Anarch survivors left in Reno, Nevada after the Lasombra swept through the city training their newest recruits.  When Madisen made her way east, Tiger followed.

The Assamite is Madisen's #2 in the QCLA.  In addition to being a near master in Celerity and an otherwise capable marksman, Tiger is also one of the few kindred that knows how to arm and use explosives.
