Brief Bio: Mr El Tores is a sincere looking Spanish man with a disarming gaze and suave smile.  He is small in stature but seems to garner great respect and prestige wherever he goes.  Armando Estaban El Tores is not from Charlotte, but he did arrive in the growing city in 1926 as a refuge after having to flee from Spain or join the Sabbat.

El Tores has traveled a lot.  Even though Charlotte is his home city, Armando regularly travels to Mexico, Columbia, Brazil, and Cuba, and is often gone from the city for six to nine months at a time.
