Brief Bio:  Andrew Foley is the former Ventrue Primogen of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He grudgingly left his home city when it was evident that the Sabbat was going to take over regardless of whatever Camarilla support was headed in that direction, and it's a matter of pride that still stings him nearly two decades later.

In his home city, Mr. Foley was hot potatoes.  He was easily a candidate for Prince, and everyone knew his name.  He was one of the largest brokers of Industrial influence and had developed his own legal and political connections.  However, since his arrival to Charlotte, Andrew Foley's star has waned.  No longer primogen and barely recognized as an elder, Mr. Foley is often seen as little more then an over aggressive ancillae with aspirations for a position he will never achieve.  It doesn't help his position at all that he is also a refugee, and thus, seen as a failure by many of his own clan.

The end result is an over ambitious ancillae with few allies, willing to take risks, and who has the prior knowledge and ability to actually achieve his goals.  This makes Andrew an easily accessible individual for other aspiring ancillae to approach.  As of yet, nothing has come of it.
