Brief Bio: Madisen Tandino arrived in Charlotte barely a decade ago, and only a month after the death of Tank and Ezekiel to Nigel. Upon arriving she immediately dipped off of the radar, not even bothering to get herself Presented, and set about digging for information. What she learned made her furious.

What others learned of her was perplexing: By all accounts Madisen was a young Caitiff, only a small handful of decades old, but she exhibited powers of one much older, or at the least much more competent, than any mere Caitiff. Yet, more disturbing, she had plenty of resources to pay for the information she seeked.

Fast forward a few years and Madisen has revealed herself to be the eldest childe of Ezekiel Rothstein, and she is in Charlotte to do two things: Kill Nigel, and John should the former Prince ever resurface, and, "Liberate the city." Madisen is a fanatical iconoclast and detests what the Camarilla has become. She has no illusions that things will be better under Juan and his regime. Instead, she has taken to the streets, lifting up the lowest Kindred she can find, and inciting them to declare war on the elders.

Madisen is old, and she did not get there by being stupid however. For now, she recruits, and she picks her battles very carefully. The Anarchs are divided on too many fronts, and she needs to consolidate them. So her first priority is to remove her competition in the other parties of Anarchs.
