Brief Bio:  Jack Willis is a bad ass.  He's the enforcer for Jokers Wild, is an original member, and is perhaps Phoenix's closest ally.  Jack is a recognized heavy hitter in Fight Club too.  As far as his personality goes, Jack seems sober and sociable enough, for a violent Gangrel biker.  But after a few minutes of conversation with him, one would note that Jack is extremely suspicious of outsiders and does not like anyone who isn't affiliated with one of the Anarch factions.

Jack is a solid rider, and it's through him that new prospects to Jokers Wild must prove themselves before they even get the chance to be voted in.  Needless to say Jack takes his weeding out process seriously.
