Brief Bio:  Courtney is a Brujah neonate with a passionate, friendly demeanor.  She is approachable and social, and while accepted by the general kindred public, is not actually affiliated with the Anarchs in any real way.  Courtney is privileged in a way few Brujah neonates are in that she has a powerful sire and potent bloodline, and some suspect that when she realizes her full potential, Courtney will be a formidable force in Elysium.
