Brief Bio: Norman Walsh is immediately noticeable because he is stupid tall and slender with an accent.  Like many British and early colonists, Norman also has bad teeth, a flaw he is not keen on having, especially considering his clan.  Norman is an ancillae Toreador on the cusp of becoming an elder, and unlike some of those *cough* Riley, and *cough* Dragon, who have been fast tracked, he had to do it the hard way.

Norman was born a local Cajun from the French Quarter.  All his youth he heard stories about his father and grandfather fighting Indians and Redcoats.  When war broke out again in 1812, Norman volunteered immediately to fight.  It was his turn.  In spite of success in the war, it wasn't until after Norman had a wife, sons of his own, and a plantation in Georgia that he was considered for the embrace.

Norman didn't become much of an artiste until the late 1950s, and as a result pays strict attention to the divide between artiste and poseur.  He is an actor, and is rather good at manipulating his voice to be virtually any accent he wants.  His failures are numerous though.  Norman speaks of them with what seems like pride, actually.  Norman is surprisingly able to admit he was booed out of Atlanta, made a hasty exit from New Orleans, and even escorted by the Sheriff to the Seneschal of El Paso for introductions before being ass-whipped by the deputies and reminded not to fuck around and do something stupid, like join the Anarchs.

After finally getting in on something good for himself, Norman looked for kindred of similar age and ability.  He found an ally in the form of Kelly Cartier who was all too happy to exploit the weaknesses in Norman's politics.  His status as an ancillae proved helpful in attracting visiting performers.
