Fiona has the where-with-all to be a serious threat as a Harpy if she could stomach being in Elysium for more than an hour. Instead she runs the streets with Tank's Brood. She does some work as a courier and keeps them company.

Fiona did pick up some tricks along the way and has some influence in Concord with several of the apartment complexes around the raceway which puts her at odds with Team NOS, but for now the guys don't seem to care about it. The area is growing fast enough that it doesn't bother them, and they prefer the more rural homes where they can get away with partying all night and revving their cars.
