Brief Bio:  Francesca Del Rio is an elder, and a wily, cagy creature that has not survived the last five centuries by not knowing how to handle herself.  Francesca does not get on well with Dora Delavergne at all.  She has not endeared herself to Christian, Lars, Nicolette, or Virgil, very well either, making her unpopular, in spite of her age and power.

That's the thing.  Francesca has been defeated by Dora in the past.  She has been defeated by Nicolette when the Brujah was a mere ancillae.  She sided with Amy, and Amy lost to Eve, and then again to Nicolette.  Francesca has all been on the receiving end of a witty comeback or two from the rising star Sera Roanoke.  In spite of these frequent loses in the elder circle, Francesca remains well connected.

Francesca Del Rio's biggest claim to fame in the last century is the embrace of Riley Ishikawa, the hottest new Toreador to rise and not burn out or not fall.  She is also the sire of the powerful and popular ancillae Michael St.Claire.
