Despite his fearsome outward appearance this Gargoyle, who goes by the name of Strange, is quite unlike his violent and vindictive brethren.

His body is carved from a single piece of stone and, at one time, his features were clean and smooth.  Centuries of varying weather have not been kind to him, however, and as a result he is covered in chips, gouges, ragged edges, and there are so many holes in his wings they are utterly useless.  His four-fingered hands are tipped in wicked claws while his feet have 3 sharp toes at the front with one at the back, much like a bird's feet.  His powerful tail swings idly behind him most of the time, swishing a bit faster when he is agitated.

The intentionally grotesque face bears a toothy lower jaw with twin tusks at either side.  His ears, pointier by far than those of any Elf, stick out to the sides while two curling horns arch up, back, and slightly downward again.  Central to this fearsome visage are two glowing red eyes, looking rather malevolent despite Strange's otherwise odd demeanor.
