Age of Treason

Welcome to Age of Treason, a fantasy setting of some antiquity where the Legend rules provide the framework for RPG adventures encompassing mystery, investigation and good old fashioned hack and slash adventure.

The action in this game kicks off in the Korantine city of Thyrta - one of the setting's most recent foundations. There's some urban, wilderness and a lot of Ocean environment to play around in, and it's sufficiently well developed and written up to sandbox around the written adventure material.

I won't railroad what sort of character you want to play, but given the challenges ahead (it could get rough out there) the optimum mix of a team of PCs would be:

x2 characters who are skilled fighters with decent kit
x1 character with some competence in stealth and associated skills, either for urban or outdoor pursuits
x1 competent spell caster - Divine or Sorcery, ideally with some ability to heal

If going up to the proposed maximum 6 there's plenty of space for:

Someone particularly good at trade, negotiations, evaluate, languages, literacy etc
A tracker
A competent sailor (!)
something quirky or additional support on combat/stealth/spellcasting

Of course Legend does make jack-of-all-trades characters easy to generate, and a small team might need them.

In the event the game gets over-subscribed priority places in the game given to those I know from the Mongoose, BRP and RPGSite boards, and those who have a genuine PDF or copy of the AoT book!
