Lord Reizen
A handsome man, Osato Reizen is overly tall with an athletic build, and an eternal kindly expression behind wirerim glasses. His thick black hair is worn long and in a ponytail at the nape of his neck. He wears suits, either brown tweed or grey pinstripe, with a tan trench coat.
Lord Reizen is half English, Half Japanese. Born into an aristocratic British family renown for producing numerous children with exceptional Alice abilities, he shares close ties with the Japanese institution and was even sent there as an exchange student in his youth.
In recent years, he is almost never seen, although it's rumored he walks the academy grounds at night. His Deputy Headmaster, Ambrose Passero, is who he gives orders to, and Ambrose relates them to the 2nd Deputy, Anne Smith, who is considered the "face" of the academy, as all official business is conducted with her present.
Ability: Lord Reizan is one of very few people in the world with multiple Alice abilities. His main Alice ability is the creation of Alice stones which contain a "copied" Alice from any Alice individual he has come into contact with. Second, with these Alice stones, he can "insert" them into himself or another person, gaining that ability on a temporary basis which can be removed at any time, or until it dissipates entirely when the Alice stone has been used up, much like a battery.
He can even create Alice stones which indefinitely hold an Alice ability, to be used permanently, forever, but only by "siphoning" (or otherwise known as Stealing), another Alice ability. This action makes the Alice completely and unnaturally null (normal human), although genetic predisposition still allows them the use of Alice stones. Once a stone has been inserted, it becomes a permanent part of its user and can't be removed unless Lord Reizen performs the removal (or another person with this unique Alice...).
This ability makes Lord Reizen both highly sought after and feared throughout Alice circles around the world, particularly as his Alice shows no signs of deterioration.
As if a byproduct of his first Alice, he is also able to perform Nullification, which keeps other Alices in check when he's around, and himself out of dangerous circumstances.
