Welcome to Survive The Island

Aethyrwyn D'Arthelais

He had pale, silvery-blonde hair that appeared slicked back on top and fell smoothly down to his waist. He wore multiple-layered robes of royal-velvet blue, purple, green and red, each with a different golden or silvered embroidery of curving lines and various shapes on the hem and sleeves. The outer robe, a deep red velvet, had bell sleeves that started at the elbow and brushed the ground. His robes covered his feet, but she noticed pointed green boots. He wore a large silver diadem with a pale blue stone in the middle and a matching pendant; both glowed eerily.

"I am Prince Aethyrwyn D'Arthelais of the Fae, specifically the Moonsilver Fae. Like some common demon, you summoned me; or, rather, the Island summoned me for you."

While he talked, Angela's eyes roamed over his facial features. His ears were long and pointed and prominently shown. He had a narrow, long nose, cupid-bow lips, and high cheek bones. He was beautiful. His large, blue-violet eyes would've been his best feature were they not narrowed in contempt.

Long-lived to the point of near-immortality, the Fae are seclusive and keep to themselves, which is just as well; their political machinations, arrogance, and vanity would be far too much for outsiders to handle. This particular Fae Prince is no exception; he's unsurprisingly proud and pompous. He expects everyone to do what he says when he says it and exactly to his specifications.

And yet, horror of horrors, he finds himself the unwilling companion of a common human woman with constant tangled hair and filthy clothes. Worse, she teases him endlessly, finding his vain arrogance something to draw comedy from. Her jovial prodding and endless need to be protected by monsters only makes his dislike grow stronger. If only there was someway to safely detach himself from her, breaking the chains the Island has unfairly placed upon him...

What irritates him the most, however, and as much as he complains and tries to convince himself otherwise, he secretly likes her. It is, of course, all the Island's doing. He would never in his right mind be drawn to such a common, dirty thing like her.

Disgusting... So, why is she so damn cute?
