Survive The Island
It was a normal day for you. Routine. Nothing out of the ordinary. You went to bed, ready to rest up for another mundane tomorrow.Only... when you open your eyes, there's a canopy of tall trees high above you with pale morning sunlight filtering through leafy branches. Perhaps you're still dreaming, you faintly wonder.
You sit up. The ground underneath is you spongy, damp moss. All around you is a wall of trees and thicket. This dream has set you in a tiny forest clearing.
But it's not empty. Resting in twisted, knotty vines are a series of identical stone bowls. There is only one within reach.
You stand. You feel no trepidation - And why should you? This is a dream - but an edge of anticipation steels over you as you approach the stone bowl. Inside are seven flat stones submersed in clear water. Each stone has a carved animal depicted on it. The seven animals are a Spider, Rat, Horse, Raven, Cat, Dog, and a bear.
You get the feeling you're supposed to take one. You reach into the bowl - the water is surprisingly warm - and remove a stone. You wipe your hand dry on your clothes and rub your thumb over the stone carving.
