Notatus (so named for the second Primus of the house) is the spitting image of a Hermetic Magus.  Always immaculately dressed in fine, custom fit clothing, he carries himself in a very formal, almost regal manner. He has a strange, almost otherworldly presence which can confuse or even unnerve those around him.  This is fair, as he is not a native of Earth, at least not in the strictest sense at any rate.
