Description:
Though you cannot see much of his body thanks to the gleaming plate mail that covers most of it (and the hair that covers all of it), what you can see of Kurgan is well-toned and muscular.  A number of obvious scars are visible as well and it's obvious that he's seen a number of battles.  Besides the plate mail - in which he seems quite comfortable - he carries an enormous falchion fashioned ot of black metal that would appear to be better suited for a giant - he calls it Gravemaker, and the cross-guard looks like clawed talons and the pommel is shaped like a demonic, horned skull with tiny ruby chips set in the eyes.  He wears a well-constructed haversack and carries a composite longbow, a morningstar, a dagger, and wears a single spiked gauntlet.

Personality:
Kurgan seems a bit gruff, but not to the point of being hostile.  Still, a good jest will bring out a hearty, knee-slapping, belly laugh that ends with a snort.
