The Wasp is one of the Prefects of the Silk Queen. However, The Orb is not. Not exactly. The Wasp is a potent sorceress that managed to usurp The Orb from his spot as a Prefect in the Empire of Webs. She did so by using mind controlling sorcery on him, not entirely dissimilar to the art of Taking, in order to control him forever. Now The Orb serves her and lives for nothing else. The two are inseparable.

The Wasp is a thin woman, seemingly in her mid twenties, with sharp features and a nasty temper. She is prone to wearing tight coats of stiff material, tight leather pants, and a fashion of shoes known as "high heels." Underneath her coats she often wears nothing but a tight vest made of smooth materials. She typically only wears red and black. Her hair is shockingly red, like freshly exposed blood underneaths sunlight.

The Orb is a tall, thin young man, perhaps all of eighteen years of age, that is only ever dressed in ball room attire, usually in whites, greens, and blues. He is a master sorcerer that is especially adept at weaving defensive spells. These days he has no personality.
