Evelyn Thomas did not have an easy life. Her father instilled in her a sense of worthlessness from a young age. When she was fourteen she attempted suicide. When she was sixteen she moved out of the house staying with a female friend for a couple of months. During this stay she began to feel attracted to her friend however when she finally confessed her feelings she was actively rejected. Evey moved into her rundown apartment with money she made during her I.T. work. Eventually Evey got another job working at a small mom and pop used book store. The work was heavenly to her. The smell of books the claustrophobia inducing architecture made her feel safe. Evelyn had no social life spending her time on the internet. Occasionally on her days off she would go to the park at night or other secluded places to undress and get the thrill of exhibitionism but always careful not to get caught. She had no direction and was content with a life going nowhere. She couldnt develop a relationship due to low self esteem and lack of social skills.
