Private Zoe Howard

Zoe is a short, slight young woman, no more than five feet tall.  She has dark pixie-cut hair that she dyes several shades of blue and green, pale skin, and large dark eyes.  She wears thick-rimmed glasses, and tends to dress in dark colors, and always wears thick winter clothes, including a scarf, and boots.  Somewhere under there are t-shirts with sarcastic slogans and the names of bands that can't get a label, but that's under about three layers.

She looks irritated, probably because she's giving up smoking cold turkey and involuntarily.  She still has many little habits that give away the fact that she's a heavy smoker.

She has a very lower-class accent and mannerisms.

Her skin is cool to the touch.  The air around her is cold.  Places she sits are cold.  Her breath fogs all the time.  Sometimes she blows smoke rings with it, sarcastically.  The smoke rings are rubbish.
