Henry Winson is bigger than life, that is the first thought for most people when they get to know the man. A veteran Mechwarrior, Winson has fought in both the Fourth Succession War and the War of 3039. He has numerous commendations, however has chosen to remain at his current rank and position. Winson loves the combat, he loves the fighting, he loves above all his Black Knight. To go to a higher command would require him to spend less time behind his Mech's controls, and more time in a seat. Most of all, his unit is his family, and in the case of the 10th, they are perhaps his children.


While he certainly is a grizzled and older man, he hasn't lost the battle with age just yet. Instead he keeps to a rigerous routine that has kept his body trim and in incredible shape for a fifty year old man. With a broad Jaw and short shorn hair, his glare can be a powerful thing when turned upon someone.
