Oscar Jones

Background: Oscar was born a poor East Ender and made some poor choices and served 10 a year prison sentence on a narcotics trafficking charge. Once he was out, he resolved to go straight and though old contacts and debts owed often come back to haunt him he has managed to stay under the radar as far as the law is concerned. He began working as a stunt man and fight double, finding the technical side of movie making suited him very well.

Oscar Jones had just hit forty years old when the outbreak began. He was working as a vehicle technician in France on a reboot of the M*A*S*H TV series, specialising in choppers. He felt damn lucky to have a job he was excited to get out of bed for each morning. His work sent him around the world to various film sets and gave him enough money to live comfortably when he was home. While working in the movie business he earned his helicopter maintenance certificate and was studying for his pilot ticket. He was all but officially qualified.

Description: Oscar stands at exactly six foot. He stays in good shape as he often needs to act as a body double in scenes where he flies the helis, but Oscar is the first to admit that they're 'show muscles' and don't necessarily make him particularly athletic. His hair has been receding for a few years so he keeps it cut short. He still has a weakness for Jack Daniels and pretty faces.

Personality: Oscar is a very laid-back person. He's not the type to take charge in stressful situations, but he's not the type to freak out and lose his head either. In conversation, he tends to be pretty agreeable. However, if he is forced to do something he doesn't want to do, he can become rather stubborn.
