Izzick is a half orc, and all things considered, he's about as "handsome" as the green skinned half-humans get. He stands a tall 6'5'' with a naturally large muscular from his lineage, while his emerald skin is relatively scar free thanks to a life studying magic, not fighting brutal wars. The only marks on it seem to be the numerous tattoos, both tribal and arcane, that Izzick has inscribed himself with.

The boy was raised by his mother, who while human, taught him much about his orc father's culture and traditions (including their intricate tattoo work that became an integral part of his sorcery). She seemed to know it all from the few but long conversations she'd shared with the barbarian she'd fallen in love with while hoping to be spirited away by some handsome and brave knight or otherworldly elf. Still, a cursed life, quite literally, led to unhappiness whereever she went. With her orc lover killed for betraying his own tribe, her own people hating her for birthing a half breed, and living in poverty in the city, Izzick did not grow up with an easy life - and it only became harder when his sorcerous knack began to develop, bringing even more misfortune.

However, the child had a silver tongue and a gifted mind. After his mother's passing, he managed to lie his way into the Academae where he studied without end, despite his powers being a natural occurrence. When accused of falsely accused of a murder, however, all of Izzick's secrets came spilling out of the closet - both that he was innocent and that he was no wizard. Expelled immediately, his dedication to study did not flounder, and he only reapplied himself that much more, often in odd jobs where his talents could be put to use.
