Personality: Mina is a scholar first and last, taking a no-nonsense analytical approach to everything she does. Her speech tends to be polite, if somewhat terse. She dislikes others being in her personal space, but has a soft spot for children.

History: Mina Black received a collegiate education in the arcane arts through the patronage of an elderly diviner that had taken pity on her. This reality has given her no small amount of negative attention from her peers, and so she has decided to devote her graduated years to field research, in an effort to get away from them and build up a respectable reputation for herself.
