A human woman hailing from Silverymoon, Serena stands at five and a half feet, slight of frame with a dark blue cloak covering small shoulders, dressed in a blue form fitted shirt and flowing skirt over what seems to be some sort of padded armor. Her hair is a pale blonde in hue with steel grey eyes peeking from underneath her long locks. She rarely stands up straight, looking very unsure of herself among those she is not familiar with. When she speaks she is very quiet, stammering when trying to speak to those new to her. She seems very protective of a small silver charm she wears about her neck, checking for it every once in a while.
