Remnants of the Forge [Basic Fantasy RPG] - On Hiatus
On a world known as the Forge of the Gods, a renegade Godling outcast has made moves to subvert the world for his own evil designs. The Gods and Lesser Godlings are contemplating destroying the Forge rather than letting the world fall into the desperate hands of the outcast...Heroes will rise to face a land that is oppressed and full of despair. The candle of hope of a future dawn has been blown out with the winds of fear and evil. Will the small spark of the Remnants of the Forge be enough to light it anew?
This game uses the Basic Fantasy Roleplaying Game rules and will be modified, changed, defaced, defamed and otherwise tweakerized to fit our needs going forward. The Game Master's role should be minimal, in fact he shall be known as "The Usher" for his job will be to assist the players in getting to their seats to experience first-hand as the Fantasy unfolds. The players will drive the game. Players should expect much more Roleplay than Rollplay.
This game is rated "Mature" due to possible themes of violence, oppression and despair. This is NOT and "Adult" game. I do not feel that foul language and adult themes are needed for great fantasy and they will not be tolerated.
