William is a bit above average looking human with hazel eyes and short brown hair.     He seems to be of European decent, probably British or German in origin.   His voice lacks any sort of accent that might give his origin away.  He comes across as quiet and reserved, perhaps even a bit snobbish.  He seems unwilling to discuss his past but otherwise seems an ideal team player.
