At first glance the gnome sorcerer Morath is often mistaken for one of Dwarven decent. Being larger and having a much wider heavier build than most other gnomes. Standing just short of 3 feet tall, and built as solid as a blacksmith's anvil, Morath looks exceedingly more impressive in size than the rest of his gnomish cousins. (That is if a gnome could be considered impressive looking.) His noble like and well-defined facial features give him an air of importance and stature. His very presence seems to dominate a room, even with other much larger folk around him, despite his small size.
Morath has a well-groomed silvery silky beard that runs neatly around his face and connects gracefully to the balding hair in the back of his head. This seems to make him look much wiser and older than he actually is. He is always dressed in fine garments and he takes great pride in his physical appearance. His demeanor matches almost perfectly his outward appearance, that of a snobbish and arrogant wealthy mage. Despite his best efforts to consider larger folk his equals, he always has a prideful way about him. Morath considers only his gnomish brethren, truly worth of his kinship.
