BACKGROUND: Stanley is a doctor, living and working in London, England. During his studies he picked up an interest in hypnosis, following a few courses in his spare time. Apart from being a certified hypnotherapist, his main area of expertise is disease and disease prevention.

A couple of years ago, Stanley spent close to two years doing work for a charity. Helping out small hospitals in Africa. He returned home to care for his mother, whose health was deteriorating.

Everything changed when Stanley visited a psychic and paranormal fair with his mother. All of them charlatans and frauds of course, but his mother enjoyed browsing the stalls. Then people started to feel ill and complain of various pains. Some form of temporal effect, caused certain organs of people to either rejuvenate or age. Stanley helped The Traveller and U.N.I.T monitor the people when Trav reversed the process.

Stanley started travelling with The Traveller; he helped foil an assassination plot on the planet Arden in the far future and faced Cybermen and an Osirian in modern-day Egypt.

PERSONAL GOAL: Stanley became a doctor to help people, to be able to do something when people are hurt. He still wants to do good and use his medical training to help people. He also wants to help Trav to set up her "Parliament of Time" and deal with the threat of the various time aware cults and groups.
