The pre-eminent expert on all things DNA and "Strange" related in NEMA. The Commanding officer of Lone Star though he prefers to go by Dr., rather than Col.  He is quite peculular in that he views all of the genetic creations at Lone Star as his Children and most of them view him as a father figure.

He is an elderly human, more than 80 years old (looks to be in his early 40's) with piercing blue eyes; hair greying slightly at the temples.  When encountered, he is normally seen wearing his white-lab coat, a PDA on his wrist and something of a utility belt underneath.  His presence is commanding in any room he is in.
