In his truest form Baekhest resembles a stunted humanoid with the head of a horse and a fine coat of pale blue-gray hide. His hands are human, though with the middle two fingers fused, and his feet are the hooves of a horse. His mane (and hocks) is long and much darker, and his eyes filled with stars.
