Fatimah is an athletic girl. Her hair is pink, obviously that's not the natural color, but she got the secret of making it from some foreign merchant. Her features and age are at the point where some people, especially when they make assumptions about women and fighting, can mistake her for a boy when she is in armor or her masculine clothes.

In general she wears practical clothing, and doesn't make any considerations to show off her feminine side. Armor is common when it might be needed. However, during most important social functions she does pick out one of her dresses. Washes off the dirt she likely has accumulated, and in general turns out as a beautiful young lady.
