Corwin acts as if he is uncomfortable around others.  He speaks rarely and offers little about his background.  He usually describes himself as an outdoorsman; once or twice he has been heard to describe himself as a "failed druid."

In appearance, Corwin has sandy hair -- as if it were once brown but drained of pigment by the sun.  He is usually clean-shaven, although he may go days without tending to such a personal task.  He is very slightly below average in height and weight and appears very wiry.  This appearance obscures Corwin's extreme strength.  This strength, combined with his unusual skills, makes him quite effective with a long sword.  He also carries a bow, but when asked about his marksmanship he only utters the word "average."

Corwin wears light armor under a greenish-brown hooded cloak.  He does carry a shield, usually hoisted on his back.
